PAN CHICKEN FILLET

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Dinner will be ready in less than 30 minutes. Pair it with the creamy gravy, rustic buttery mash potato and buttered broccoli & carrot. Easy, quick, delicious. What more can you ask for?
WHAT YOU NEED
2 pieces boneless chicken fillet (breast/leg)
2 tbsp olive oil (half & half for marinating and cooking)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp maggi seasoning sauce
1 tsp salt
Pepper for seasoning
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Pound the chicken fillet roughly.
2. Marinate the fillet with the above ingredients over night or 15 minutes before cooking.
3. Heat up the pan using medium low heat, don't forget to splash a tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil.
4. Once the oil is heated thoroughly, put the fillet slowly in the pan and sear it 5 minutes each side.
5. After 10 - 15 minutes, switch off the stove and plate it! Told ya it's way too easy.
